Major Mitchell Cockatoo
A stunningly beautiful bird, the Major Mitchell Cockatoo is not for the beginner Parrot keeper. They are rare in US Aviculture and availability of these wonderful birds has always been limited. They make lovely pets with charming personalities, however they need to be handled on a regular basis. They are difficult to breed and have been a trial in patience for us. We only have a single breeding pair of these wonderful birds and our success has been limited. Check the availability page often, you just might find one available soon.
